Adventure Concierge Specialist

We are seeking an Adventure Concierge Specialist to seamlessly transform our clients’ ski dreams into reality. Reporting to the Head of Adventures, this pivotal role will suit an experienced and adventurous skier with exceptional organisational skills and immaculate attention to detail.

Location: Coworking Office in South West London, with some remote working
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the process from confirmed booking through to client travelling, ensuring Mabey Ski provides a unique and memorable ski adventure that exceeds expectations, inclusive of the following:

  • Acting as our in-house concierge, building relationships with clients to understand their needs and wishes, managing and exceeding their expectations through ‘off-piste’ thinking and going above and beyond
  • Ensuring all elements of a booking are confirmed and paid for, booking forms received, and booking confirmations delivered
  • Elevating the client experience by sharing useful information and thoughtful details, from local maps to recommended experiences that complement their interests
  • Organising and booking any additional elements and ensuring suppliers have all the details they need to provide the best service to our clients
  • Collating each booking into a final itinerary and communicating all information, booking and contact numbers to clients ahead of their departure
  • Following the Mabey Ski client sales and booking process, collecting client information and reporting all communication using Salesforce
  • Monitoring supplier payments and ensuring they are paid in a timely manner
  • Organising and delivering exceptional experiences which drive repeat bookings and referrals
  • Following up with clients to get their feedback and reviews after they have returned from their ski trip
  • Continually auditing the Mabey Ski website to ensure that it is up to date
  • Managing our client and supplier inboxes and team task lists
  • Meeting with new and existing suppliers, building strong relationships which encourage them to develop unique products and experiences exclusive to Mabey Ski

You should…

  • Be an experienced skier or snowboarder and well-versed in ski terminology (backcountry experience is a bonus)
  • Have 1 years+ experience in travel, events, hospitality or in an administrative role
  • Be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Have B2C experience
  • Be a British citizen or permanent resident
