Tucked away in the stunning wilderness of Bella Coola, Terra Nostra Guest Ranch offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by majestic mountains, lush forests, and pristine rivers, this charming guest ranch is the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and experience the beauty of rural Canada. The ranch provides access to some of the best untapped heli-ski mountains in BC, as well as a range of outdoor activities for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Guests can explore the surrounding wilderness on horseback, take a guided fishing tour on the nearby rivers, skate on the frozen lake, play pond hockey and soak in the hand-made hot tub.

This lodge is laid out for a private group of up to 8 guests to ski with 2 guides in a 212 helicopter. With so much un-skied terrain on the doorstop, first descents are not uncommon here. Mabey Ski’s Head of Adventures skied 2 first descents here in 2020. Terrain ranges from mellow rolling glaciers to steep couloirs and everything in between, including some great tree skiing for any adverse weather days.

The accommodation at Terra Nostra Guest Ranch consists of cozy log cabins that feature Western-style decor and stunning mountain views. Each cabin is equipped with comfortable beds, private bathrooms, and all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Guests can also enjoy a range of on-site facilities, including a restaurant serving delicious local cuisine, a cozy lounge with a fireplace, and a hot tub with panoramic views.

Location

Sat on British Columbia’s Chilcotin Plateau, expect some magnificent sunsets spectacular views on your flights into the mountains. After a short flight from Vancouver to Anahim Lake, you will be transferred by helicopter or car (weather dependent) to your lodge. Your helicopter will pick you up and drop you off from your doorstep each day.
